Phantom of the Pawpera 2019

The Phantom of the Pawpera is our largest fundraiser of the year and has become a Tulsa favorite and we invite you to take part by participating as a sponsor, attendee, or silent auction donor. All contributions from this event goes to benefiting our continued mission to end Oklahoma's pet overpopulation problem, promote responsible pet ownership and ensure the humane treatment of animals. We have made great efforts to reduce pet overpopulation. However, there is still much work that needs to be done to solve Oklahoma's pet overpopulation problem. Each year, tens of thousands of animals are euthanized in Oklahoma simply because there isn't enough room to house them in shelters and there aren't enough people to adopt them. We hope that we can count on your support so that we can continue our work toward a day when no healthy, adoptable companion animal is euthanized simply because it doesn't have a home.

Each year we have a fun and exciting theme that entices animal lovers and advocates uniting for an evening of good food and festivities. We recognize outstanding rescue groups and individuals for the efforts to create a positive environment for unwanted animals. You don't want to miss out on the opportunity to bid on wonderful silent auction items and chances to win the different raffles that go along with the theme of the event. This is one fundraising event that you do not want to miss, so mark your calendar at the beginning of each year to see what our theme is going to be and reserve a spot for you and your friends.

The mission of Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is to reduce the pet overpopulation crisis in Oklahoma. In recent months we have seen how important that goal is! Our shelters are overflowing with pets, the rescue groups are overwhelmed and there are more animals than there are humans to care for them. Each pledge helps fund the following programs:

• Spay/neuter programs
• Unchain Oklahoma
• Actions for Compassion
• Pawsitively Oklahoma
• Adopt a Little Okie program
• Pet ID programs
• Two big adoption events providing a great venue for rescue groups: Rock n Rescue and Woofstock
• Disaster relief efforts
• Animal cruelty education classes
• Advocate on the behalf of the animals.

The success of our event depends largely on the generosity of our sponsors, patrons and auction item donors. We will be recruiting sponsors and asking for auction item donations. Sponsorship contributions provide direct benefits to Oklahoma communities by funding programs that support our mission, and your organization will also receive extensive pre-event and on-site exposure surrounding Fur Ball. Additionally, Oklahoma Alliance for Animals will provide continued promotion of our generous Fur Ball sponsors through our newsletter and website. Sponsorship levels, as well as the option of purchasing individual tickets.
